The internet is an undeniably powerful tool with the capacity to reach thousands of people and span thousands of miles with one click. I spend a great deal of effort building an online presence as a Real Estate Professional to gain a large audience of home buyers and fellow agents to enable my listings are seen by the largest audience possible as soon as they go on the market. While I maintain a huge emphasis on the web, I’m also not trying to re-invent the wheel. I also keep an equal focus on traditional methods such as television, print/newspaper advertising, direct mail to complete a well rounded marketing approach.

This is another key area I focus on when starting the listing process.
